STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFERWARE ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, comprising a purple on white soup bowl, base with trademark bearing "CLYDE SCENERY" by Job and John Jackson; and a plate with red central mourning transfer, titled "The Mother's Grave", with a pink lustre border, unmarked. England. 19th century. 10 1/2" and 8 1/8" D.

Provenance: Ex-collection of Harry L. Jackson, Bowling Green, KY.
Condition
Undamaged, first example with firing separation to reverse, as made; the other with slight discoloration.
