Description
ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE AND OTHER TRANSFERWARE TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF EIGHT, blue on white, comprising six soup bowls, back with trademark bearing "DRESDEN"; an 8 1/2" plate with trademark and "MEISSEN"; and a 9 3/4" plate marked with crossed swords having double strikes. England and Germany. Second half 19th and early 20th century. Bowls 8 7/8" D.

Provenance: From a Pennsylvania estate collection.
Condition
Six undamaged, one bowl with tight hairline and some discoloration, German example with a chip under the rim, some with crazing.
