Description

Antique c1880 Wholecloth Cheater Print Crib Quilt 34in x 46in. Cheater print, or Simulated patchwork or faux patchwork gives the illusion that the textile is pieced or appliqued, but is actually printed. This one appears to be of mosaic hexagon rosettes. It is hand quilted, with cotton batting and another brown print on the back. The back is brought to the front and applied by hand to finish the edge.
