Oil on canvas. Featuring woman in a green dress with white hat and gloves. Signed "T. DE LEMPICKA" in the top right corner. Label affixed to verso reads "W. Russell Button, Inc. FORMERLY OF ACKERMANN'S 408 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago TAMARA DE LEMPICKA YOUNG LADY WITH GLOVES 1929". Stamped with "GALERIE LOUISE LEIRIS 47 RUE DE MONCEAL PARISS VIII", "ORIGINE GARANTIE ART.ORG.ES", and "Art Gallery New York 530 West 25 th Street New York Ny 10001". Attributed to Tamara de Lempicka (1898-1980, Polish). 60 x 40 cm (24 x 15.5 inches). Provenance: This lot carries limited provenance from a Southern Ontario estate.
