  • Provenance/Additional Info: Excellent matched pair, with press molded hobnail pattern footed compressed ball fonts, original sheet iron burners, with oxidized, worn tinned surfaces, working flower shaped wick riser thumbscrews, embossed “LAMPLIGHTER”. Attributed to Boston & Sandwich Glass Co, Sandwich, MA (1825-88). Early wicks intact, complete with rarely found original matching pattern hobnail rimmed elongated vase shaped chimneys. All glass with numerous original wavy imperfection markings. Interior of fonts easily cleaned of lamp oil residue, if desired.
