Important metal box (tebako) with a wickerwork pattern repoussé (tsuiki) relief, the lid has a cloisonné design of various flowers around a tree-peony flower, with purple cords to fasten the lid.

Bottom mark: the Ando Cloisonné sign, a still existing and famous cloisonné workshop.

In a double box, the outer box signed: Ando Shippoten.
