(United Kingdom, 1808-1893) Pair oil on canvas, terriers on hunt. One piece depicting barn setting the other a rabbit hunt. The dogs in the pieces appear to conform and the pieces are housed in matching gilt frame and identical size stretchers. Signed lower right. Some slight crazing to canvas consistent with age. Overall good condition. H12" W15 1/2" (without the frame) Sold from the collection of Mrs. Joanne Pirkle of Buckhead, Atlanta Georgia.
