ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF FIVE, comprising an oval serving dish having red transfer "Clyde Scenery" pattern with Blythswood House, two soup plates featuring red transfer "Grecian Gardens" pattern, each having red printed "Jacksons Warranted" mark, and two green transfer plates having "Tyrolean" pattern, having green printed urn and anchor mark with "W R & Co", each with scalloped rims. Job & John Jackson, Burslem; William Ridgway & Co., Shelton, Hanley, England. 1830-1854. Dish 8 3/4" x 11 1/2"; plates 9 1/4" D.
Undamaged, some having expected light scattered scratches from use and soup plates having moderate crazing and light discoloration. Manufacturing flaws, including stilt marks, as made.
