Description
A pair of 1970s 18ct gold baroque cultured pearl and diamond bracelets, with earrings and ring en suite, reputedly retailed through Tiffany & Co.Bracelets combine to form a choker.Estimated total diamond weight 1.25cts. Bracelets with hallmarks for London, 1972.Length of bracelets 16.5 and 16cms. 166.4gms.
Condition
  • Overall condition good.
  • Diamonds bright and well matched.
  • Baroque cultured pearls are fairly well matched with slightly yellowy cream through pearly white and slightly grey hues. Varied overtones. Good lustre.
  • Cultured pearl to one earring with minor damage to nacre.
  • Each bracelet with maker's mark of T&Co within an oval cartouche with raised rim. Each maker's mark is worn/indistinctly struck. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
  • Client states believed to have been purchased by their relative at Tiffany & Co.
  • Ring and earrings apparently unmarked.
  • Ring size G1/2. Length of ring head 1.8cms.
  • Length of earrings 1.6cms. Earrings with clip fittings for non-pierced ears.
  • Bracelets can combine to form a choker. Only one bracelet with diamond highlights.
  • Width (at widest) of each bracelet 2.6 and 2.4cms.
