Description
A group of mixed bronze objects from the Holy Land. Lot includes three Persian hand brooch fragments, 3th - 4th Century BC, a bronze hair crimp and several bronze bracelets, ornaments and buckles from the 1st Millennium BC through the Roman periods. Also, in the lot is a Roman lead spindle whorl as well as a silver ring and oval bronze fitting inscribed ARTA, these last two items are from a much later period. Largest measures 2 ½ x 2 ½ in (6.4 x 6.4 cm). Ex Baidon, Jerusalem.
