French modernist lamp made in the 1940's or 1950's , It is in original condition , with an accordion articulation to move back and forth , this system was used first with the Bauhaus movement , some variation of it is found with Kaiser light and some Gras production .This one in unmarked .

Size l. 42 fully extended , globe D.6 , rewired ,with a US compliant socket and new switch , good antique condition ,there is some scratches from normal use and some superficial oxidation ( darker spots) .Californian resident to pay sale tax.
