Description
Two late Victorian gold agate watch keys. Each designed as an oval banded agate or hexagonal bloodstone terminal, to the engraved, tapered stem. Length 4.6 and 4.2cms. Total weight 8.5gms.
Condition
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Square key threads appear in good condition.
  • Engraving is moderately worn to the oval banded agate key, with possible repair/replacement key thread with slight soft solder visible.
  • Agates with minor abrasion.
