Description

PENNSYLVANIA GERMAN PRINTED AND HAND-COLORED FRAKTUR, LOT OF TWO, first inscribed for Johannes Frintz of Northampton Co., born 1827, printed by Johann Ritter, Reding, PA; second inscribed for Peter Braun of Northampton Co., born 1859, printed by Saeger and Leisenring, Allentown, PA, 1861. Modern frames. Mid 19th century. 15 3/4" x 12 1/2" and 16 1/4" x 13 3/4" sight.
First in very good condition with some light wrinkling, second with a full tear to left of center and several short edge tears.
