Description: 6 pp. + blank leaf. 12¼x8, original unbound printed signature, stitched.The Sans Arc band agrees to abide by the authority of the U.S. government, cease any hostilities, respect trade routes, perhaps even settle down to agriculture, for consideration of $30 for each lodge or family. Large paper issue, of which only 75 copies were printed, according to authority. Ratified by U.S. President Andrew Johnson.
