A lovely Egyptian painted wooden panel, Late Period, c. 664 – 332 BC, with the deceased standing with deities including Anubis and Ra, standing in pairs to either side of a central vertical column of hieroglyphic text. The entire scene is surrounded by a solid green line bordered in black. Extremely well preserved with good color and style. 26 ¼ in x 11 ½ in (66.3 x 29.5 cm). Ex-New Jersey estate.
