Description
Addison Thomas Millar (American, 1860-1913), watercolor painting, signed lower left "A. T. Millar", seascape with woman and children wading in water, two sailing ships in port shown in foreground, few others scattered throughout sea, frame measures 22" x 18 1/2" , sight measurements 8 x 10. Condition - appears in very good condition, probably original frame, not examined out of frame.
