Toliver and Trevor Constable (Zephyr Cove, NV: AmPress Publishing) 1990. First edition, 354pp. 8vo., with dust jacket. Signed in blue ink beneath his frontis portrait, sold with an S.P., 3 1/4" x 5 3/4" showing him in uniform, signed at bottom. Two pieces.
