ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a red transfer-printed ewer; a lobed, low-waisted, elongated pitcher printed with a pattern to the waist of two women playing chess in an Italianate landscape, between foliate bands to spout and foot; an ironstone octagonal-panelled covered sugar, transfer-printed in black with a pattern of two Arabian horses running from men with whips, under palm trees, probably "Mazeppa" pattern; and a pearlware squat, globular pitcher, printed in black with sailing scenes under a foliate border. Each unmarked. 19th century. 10" HOA.
