Description
Two early 20th century 18ct gold diamond and gem-set rings. To include an Edwardian ruby and diamond marquise-shape cluster ring, together with an emerald and diamond three-stone ring. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. One with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1903. Total weight 4gms.
Condition
The lot is in fair overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. The band is split and dented to the ruby and diamond ring, one diamond deficient. Some smaller nicks and slight discolouration. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Scattered inclusions. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The rubies are a well matched purplish red hue. Significant abrasions. The emerald is a medium bluish green hue. Typical inclusions including surface reaching features. Ring size N and approximately H.
