Etching, 1904, signed, titled and inscribed Portrait by John Sloan from various contemporary sources and Artist's Edition 100 proofs in pencil, sixth state of six, with tack holes at bottom sheet edge, some printer's ink in the margins and verso, two pieces old linen tape at left sheet edge, a few small pale spots of discoloration outside the image including one at bottom platemark, otherwise in good condition, with wide margins.
15 7/8 x 13 inches; 403 x 330 mm.
Sheet 23 5/8 x 17 1/2 inches; 600 x 445 mm.
