Circa 1950s
Some chairs with Drexel manufacturing paper label to underside; table with Drexel manufacturing marks to underside, numbered: 851-340-37
Designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel, the mid-century modern walnut table with round extendable top and two leaves, together with two arm chairs and four side chairs with black Naugahyde upholstered seats, 9 pieces
Table: 29" H x 44.5" W x 44" D; Table extended: 88.5" W; Armchairs: 32.75" H x 22" W x 19" D; Side chairs: 32" H x 20.5" W x 18" D

Condition

Each overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Chairs with more localized wear to legs and scattered minor chipped abrasions from use. Table top with surface wear, uneven finish, chips to veneer at edge, and areas of fading. Table legs with dark scuffing and scratches.
