World War II Civil Defense Helmet, Air Raid Wardens and a Vietnam Era Militaria. US Training Gas Mask MIA1 with Original Canvas Stowage Bag. Two pieces of vintage militaria:
1.) Civil Defense Helmet, Air Raid Division ca. 1940s with original canvas liner.
2.) U.S. WW II Training Gas Mask M1A1 Introduced in 1940 as the M1, it changed names to the M1A1 when the exhaust valve was improved. These were designated M2 and M2A1 in 1941 and production ceased in 1942.
