Dated 1683. Includes the signatures of Rochester (Laurence Hyde, 1641-1711 1st Earl and Brother in Law of james II), Ernle (Sir John 1646/7-1686, Chancellor of the Excequer), Sir Edward Dering 1625-1684), Sidney Godolphin 1645-1712, and Sir Stephen Fox 1627-1716. Very Good, light wear. Measures 7.5 x 11.5".
