Description
An antique doll circa 1902 with pierced ears and marked 'DEP.' The toy was produced in Germany and has a 14 on a composition body. Comes with a paper tag written in 1976 identifying her a 'Ryllis' and giving her age as 74 at that time.
Dimensions are: 29 inches tall X 9 inches wide; 73.66 cm tall X 22.86 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Head is exceptionally nice with no chips, cracks or discoloration. Composition body has some wear at joints and discoloration to right knee.
Provenance: From a private Maryland collection.
