Description

Seven silver items of various purities and one non-silver item. One snuffer / wick scissors. Marked British sterling silver, by John Bull of London, 1795. One Russian wine cup, marked 84 zolotniki (.875) and with a partially obscured city mark, possibly Warsaw. One Danish sterling silver flat spoon by Georg Jensen. One Danish sterling pie server by O. Mogensen. One set of two serving utensils, a fork and spoon. Dutch, 1895. They test between .925 and .950 on XRF (Sterling or better). One unmarked silver ashtray. XRF tests around .950 silver. Finally one European makeup box with a painted image of a lady on the top lid and some enamel work. Mirror on interior of lid. Not silver, likely gilt brass or bronze. Total weighable silver: about 12.7 OZT. Sizes range from 4 1/8" to 7 9/16" long.
