Description
Vintage Flower brooch with dangling repousse hinged case - perhaps a stamp carrier. This is 4" long and 3" wide. 1940's. Aluminum, silver tone - perhaps a lily. The hinged case is 1" wide with a raised matching flower as the brooch. It has a spring-like mechanism in it. It is not signed. Very unusual piece but very interesting - I've never seen one before this. I supposed you could fold money in to to have it with you for "just in case." Very good condition for it's age with only minimal wear. It is not signed. They came from a PA estate. See photos
