This jacket dress from Bob Mackie could be the most beautiful turquoise fabric I've ever seen! The photos do not fully convey the depth of color or sheen. The jacket seams and edges are trimmed in wide dupioni silk piping. Be sure to look at the back of the jacket - it's the best part! The dress is a classic sheath shape, and it too is trimmed out in dupioni silk. The shell fabric is silk or a silk blend, and both pieces are lined in a lighter turquoise silk. It's difficult to date this suit, but I'm going to make a somewhat educated guess that it was made in the 1990s, which technically makes this suit "vintage," although it also looks entirely new and modern. Based on the measurements, we are estimating it to be size M, or 8-10. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
