I this incredible dress from Chado Ralph Rucci has a deep V-neck with a wide, pleaeted girdle around the midriff that joins a densely accordian pleated dropped waist that then falls into a very full skirt. The pleated treatment around the midriff is repeated on the cuffs. There are also two very long ties at the top of the "girdle" that can be tied in front or back, or wrapped around the waist more than once. The dress is lined in a stretchy black mesh fabric. The fabric is 100% rayon jersey in a very fine gague knit. Closes with a long hidden zipper in back. Labeled modern size 4. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
