The stunning sleeve treatment elevates this Little Black Dress to a higher level. The dress itself is a classic sheath style (almost a shift, but the waist is nipped in just a little bit). The ivory ribbon effect on the right sleeve terminates in a large bow at the shoulder. Closure is with a back zipper. There is no fabric label, but the shell is probably rayon or acetate, or a blend of the two. The "ribbon" appears to be silk charmeuse. Labeled size 6, but seems to measure somewhat larger, which is rare with vintage garments. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
