retailed by J. E. Caldwell of Philadelphia, dated 1901, model number 1062, the sensuous baluster form vase is raised on a tall pedestal base featuring openwork cast design with cupids, lion masks and acanthus scrollwork, this same decoration is mirrored on the everted rim, no monograms.

Inspired by Baroque classicism, the decoration of this vase resembles that incorporated in Dominick & Haff's Labors of Love flatware design.
