She has an open mouth with two upper teeth, well-painted eyebrows and lashes, with blue glass eyes that sleep and flirt from side to side when head turned to the side. It has tin eyelids that come down and cover the eyes when in sleeping position, with an additional "eye lock" as well inside the head to prevent the eyes from sleeping if desired.
