Well-designed bisque socket head with blue inset paperweight-type glass eyes, open mouth with six molded upper teeth, well-painted eyelashes and brows and incised on the back of the head "E6D Depose". She is on the original five-piece French composition body with joints at shoulders and hips, with original finish and some slight age-appropriate wear. She was made in the early 1890's, still retains the original human hair wig over cork pate and has been well-dressed in a burgundy silk and lace-covered dress, antique black leather shoes, brown knit stockings and underneath the dress is the original factory gauze chemise with burgundy ribbon insertions. 16".
