A fine vintage Louis Vuitton steamer trunk, early 20th century. Painted Louis Vuitton monogram tiled on leather covering, embossed leather and brass studded wood bindings, casters, fitted cotton-lined interior. This trunk pre-dates the recognizable tiled logo which was introduced in 1896. France, c. 1890.
