AN ATTRACTIVE SET. –– [TOGETHER WITH:] Christmas Eve and Easter–Day: A Poem. London: Chapman & Hall, 1850. 8vo. Half–title. Publisher’s blindstamped green cloth, uncut. FINE. –– [ALSO WITH:] STOWELL, Roy Sherman. Literary Studies: The Significance of The Ring and the Book. Boston: The Poet–Lore Company, 1903. 8vo. Publisher’s dark blue cloth gilt. FIRST EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY GIVEN TO THE AUTHOR’S PARENTS with an inscription below: “This is the first copy of this book given with the compliments of the author”. With an additional inscription “To Browning Foundation/Scripps College/Claremont/Cali”. –– Together, 19 works in 11 volumes, condition generally fine.
