Beautifully penned English vellum indenture dated 1661 during the reign of King Charles II being the conveyance of property on Aldersgate Street in London between Mary Lyford , a Widow, and William Thompson, a Citizen and Apothecary of London, The property includes a shop and an inventory is attached at the bottom. Signed at bottom and on verso. Vellum seal tag with red wax seal in paper attached. Fine, measures 22 x 17.5".
