PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!! Customers are fully expected to understand all of the below information. Thank you! By registering to bid in our auction, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of our sale. If you have any questions about our sale, you may contact us at 856-313-3034, 609-970-9931 1. All items are sold where is, as is. All sales are final and no refunds are given. The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity of each item. Amaradio Auctions is not responsible for the description, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property. No statement contained in the catalogue or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. Purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality and description before bidding. 2. We are not affiliated with any of our recommended Shippers. Buyer is responsible for arranging pick-up or delivery of merchandise at buyer's risk and expense. Arrangements may be made through the buyer's own shipper or one of our recommended shippers. Our list of recommended shippers can be found on our website. Items may also be picked up at our location, up until 4:00pm on the pick up date listen on your invoice. After 4pm on the listed pickup deadline, all items not picked up will be moved to DAKS Global. You will need to contact DAKS directly to arrange shipping and storage costs. 3. A persistent PENDING registration means there is a problem. Please contact us by calling us at 609-970-9931. We want you to be able to bid and will try and resolve any problem. 4. Unfortunately, once the Auction starts we are unable to answer emails, give condition reports or handle technical support phone calls. 5. The Buyer's Premium is 28%. 6. Payment is due within 3 days of a given auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: Live Payment, cash, Credit/Debit or certified check. (make check payable to Amaradio Auctions). If a payment is not made after 3 days, we will put a dispute on your account. 7. Auction items are not available for pick up until after the purchaser receives an invoice and the entire invoice is paid for. 9. All invoices, documents, contracts and conditions are governed by the laws and judicial system of the State of New Jersey. 10. If you have not contacted Amaradio Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. Below will be the memo sent to your invoice. It is your responsibility to fully understand all of the below information. (Pickups will begin on Friday, July 30th, 2021. We will not be open to the public July 29th. Thank you for your understanding!) Hello! Thank you so much for participating in our July 28th 2021 Sale! Here is a list of some important information. Customers are expected to read this, so you know exactly how we do things! Thank you! 1.) Amaradio Auctions Pickup Address: 1030 Delsea Drive, UNIT 7E, Westville, NJ 08093. 2.) You have 7 business days to pick up your lot(s) here at our building. All lots not picked up by August 9th, 2021 by 4:00pm ET, will be sent to DAKS Global. You will have to work out a pickup with DAKS after that point. This also includes small item(s) (glassware, sports memorabilia, art, etc). Please make sure if you are using a shipper, to make them aware of this. They also, may charge you a holding fee, so we recommend you pick up before the deadline. Unfortunately, we cannot be flexible regarding our pick up deadline. Lot(s) Cannot be held later than the listed pick up deadline. We recommend making your shipper aware of this as well. 3.) DAKS Global Phone Number: (484) 879-6678 OR EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org 4.) DAKS Global Address: 122 Mill Rd, Suites K1110, Phoenixville, PA 19460 5.) We are not employed by, or employ DAKS. They are a separate business. If your lots have been sent to them, it is now between you, and DAKS to arrange a pick up or shipping with them. 6.) Pickups are 10am-4pm ET, Monday-Friday, from July 30th to August 9th. You may show up any time between those hours. We are not open for pickups on the weekends, or any time outside of what is listed. It is not necessary to call/text/email prior to picking up, but if you would like to, we can get your lot(s) ready for you before you come! (Text/email is preferred! Thank you!). 7.) Live Auctioneers will add sales tax automatically to your invoice if you do not have a tax exemption number on file with them. You have to upload your tax exemption to live Auctioneers to avoid this, as we, as an auction house, cannot remove it from your invoice. However, if you have an exemption, but not on file with live auctioneers, feel free to contact us and we can help you out! 8.) Our recommended shippers are not employed by Amaradio Auctions. Anything involving shipping with a recommended shipper has no affiliation with Amaradio Auctions. Our list of recommended shippers can be found on our website, at amaradioauctions.com. 9.) We will not pack up anything and send it through USPS, or pack for UPS upon delivery. It is the buyers job to arrange anything regarding packing, boxing, or shipping. 10.) For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. We are opted into "livepayments" so you may be charged a processing fee from Live Auctioneers. If it declines, a manual payment will have to be made on the invoice. We can remove the processing fee only for customers who pay prior to the invoices being charged by auto pay. Please call/text PRIOR to paying to avoid the processing fee, if you are paying within the first 72 hours. 11.) If an invoice has not been paid for before the pickup deadline (August 9th, 4pm ET), you will be charged 20 dollars a day for a holding fee. Lot(s) will not be released to the customer until the fee and invoice is paid. 12.) All sales are final! There are no exceptions! 13.) Buyers premium remains 28% regardless of how you bid, or how you pay. 14.) Whomever is picking up your lot(s) must sign a copy of the invoice. Once the invoice is signed, you are confirming all lot(s) have left our building, and the customer is fully responsible after that point. 15.) It is the customers responsibility to understand the condition of the lot(s) they are buying, and exactly what it is they are buying. We do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. If you would like a further condition report, feel free to message us and we will be more than happy to give you any additional information! 16.) Customers are expected to fully understand all of the above information. All of this information is in our terms and conditions, on our invoice, on our website, and we have also added a lot at the end of the sale that informs you of everything you need to know. We try every way possible to inform our customers of our policies. We are not responsible for customers not reading the invoice memo, and being unaware of the above information. 17.) Pick Ups and DAKS
If item(s) are not pick up by the pick up deadline on your invoice, they will be sent to DAKS Global. A pick up will have to be arranged with them at that point. We try every way we can to inform our customers of this policy. It is 100% the customers responsibility to read and understand all of our policies.
If you have not contacted Amaradio Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
